How Alpine Siege handles waitlist information, basic site security data, Cloudflare D1 storage, Turnstile spam protection, and current no-payment site boundaries.
This policy describes the current Alpine Siege website. It may be updated as site features change.
Information collected
The waitlist and site operations may collect information visitors submit or that is needed to operate the site safely:
- name
- email address
- vehicle details
- location or region
- beta interest
- comments, setup details, or install goals
- consent confirmation
- basic technical and security signals needed for spam protection and site operation
How information is used
Alpine Siege may use submitted information for:
- waitlist management
- product development interest
- compatibility and setup review
- beta-interest review
- project or product updates
- site security and spam protection
Storage and access
Public waitlist submissions are stored in Alpine Siege's Cloudflare D1 database.
Administrative access is protected through Cloudflare Access. Raw or private waitlist data should not be exposed publicly, and waitlist exports or imports should not be committed to GitHub.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent spam and abuse. Cloudflare and other service providers may process technical data needed to operate and protect the site.
What this site does not process
The current site does not provide:
- payment processing
- ecommerce checkout
- customer accounts
- preorder or reservation systems
Sharing
Alpine Siege does not sell waitlist data. Service providers may process data needed to operate the site, such as Cloudflare hosting, security, database, and access-control services.
Requests and updates
Visitors may request updates or removal through the available contact channels while dedicated contact tooling is not yet in place.
This policy may be updated as the site evolves or new features are added.
