OEM-style HVAC control for factory-navigation interiors on the 100 Series Platform.
Built for the factory-nav HVAC problem
Factory-navigation 100 Series and LX470 interiors tie climate control into the original display system. This module is being developed to preserve physical HVAC control while allowing a cleaner modern head-unit conversion.
In development. The integrated prototype is now operating successfully in the development vehicle, with plug-and-play factory connectivity established and final fitment, firmware refinement, and broader vehicle validation underway.
Compatibility
Initial target applications are factory-navigation-equipped 100 Series Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470 interiors. Non-nav trucks, international-market vehicles, swapped interiors, and unusual configurations may require additional validation.

The first prototype batch was submitted for PCB manufacturing, enclosure printing, and real-world fitment testing.

The first assembled PCB batch arrived and entered hardware bring-up, bench testing, and integration with the physical HVAC controller.

CurrentIntegrated Prototype Operational
The complete controller is now operating successfully in the development LX470, with functional HVAC control through the factory system and a plug-and-play prototype harness using the original vehicle connectors.
